Return Window

You can request a return within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.

Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required

If your return does not meet these conditions, we may not be able to accept it.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or final sale reasons, including:

  • Undergarments and intimate wear
  • Final Sale or Clearance items
  • Gift Cards

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@vereba.shop within 14 days of delivery
  2. Mention your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason
  3. Our team will review your request and respond with next steps and the return address

Return Shipping Instructions

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving return approval

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Incorrect (wrong size, color, or product)
  • Defective upon arrival

Please email us within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with:

  • A clear photo of the item
  • Order number

We will resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
