Return Window
You can request a return within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required
If your return does not meet these conditions, we may not be able to accept it.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or final sale reasons, including:
- Undergarments and intimate wear
- Final Sale or Clearance items
- Gift Cards
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
- Contact our support team at support@vereba.shop within 14 days of delivery
- Mention your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason
- Our team will review your request and respond with next steps and the return address
Return Shipping Instructions
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
- We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving return approval
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged during transit
- Incorrect (wrong size, color, or product)
- Defective upon arrival
Please email us within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with:
- A clear photo of the item
- Order number
We will resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
